Replacing the vanity and cabinets
Sometimes the tile and the shower are fine and the cabinet is the problem: too small, too little storage, or a standard size that never fit the wall. In that case we can build and install the vanity and linen storage on their own, without tearing out the rest of the room.
Remodeling the whole bathroom
If the tile is worn, the layout doesn't work, or you want a different shower, a full remodel usually makes more sense, because the plumbing, tile, glass, and cabinetry all have to line up. One crew handles those trades on one contract, so the work isn't waiting on someone else's schedule.
How to choose
You don't have to decide before we visit. At the free estimate we look at what is failing and what is still good, and we'll tell you which parts are worth replacing. You then get the quote for the scope that fits, in writing, with dates.
